Getting help
Depending on your question, the right place is not the same. This page tells you which one to choose and what to prepare.

Before writing, the FAQ and the troubleshooting pages answer the most common cases.
Write to SAUL CORP
Section titled “Write to SAUL CORP”The address is contact@saulcorp.com. For a useful reply:
- write preferably from your account’s address;
- give the exact message displayed, and what you were doing just before;
- state your Island Pilot and Windows versions;
- attach the log if the problem concerns the app. See Logs and diagnostics.
Report a problem from the app
Section titled “Report a problem from the app”- Click the Signaler un problème (Report a problem) icon in the top bar. You can also open quick search (Ctrl+K) and choose Signaler un problème.
- Give a Titre (Title), 140 characters at most.
- In Description, give the steps to reproduce, what you expected and what happened.
- Add your Captures (Screenshots) with Ajouter… (Add…), or paste them into the description: Win + Shift + S, then Ctrl + V.
- Leave Joindre le diagnostic (Attach the diagnostics) ticked, or untick it.
- Click Envoyer le rapport (Send the report).
The message Rapport envoyé. Merci : nous le traitons au plus vite. (Report sent. Thank you: we are handling it as soon as possible.) confirms that it was sent. The report is linked to your account’s address.
After a crash
Section titled “After a crash”At the next launch, the Island Pilot s’est arrêté de façon inattendue (Island Pilot stopped unexpectedly) window offers to send the report. Say what you were doing in Ce que vous faisiez (What you were doing), then click Envoyer le rapport or Ne pas envoyer (Do not send).
Report limits
