To-Do
To-Do (Ctrl+3) is the project’s task board. The agents fill it in on their own, and you add yours. Each project has its own.
The columns
Section titled “The columns”| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| À faire (To do) | Your tasks, the agents’ proposals, and work to pick up again: a pending question, an error, an interruption. |
| En cours (In progress) | What an agent is doing right now. |
| Terminé (Done) | A passing stage. A finished task immediately joins the archives. |
Add and move a task
Section titled “Add and move a task”- Write the title in Ajouter une tâche à ce projet… (Add a task to this project…), 240 characters at most.
- Choose the column.
- Choose an agent, if you like.
- Click Ajouter (Add).
Drag a card to move it, or use the card’s arrows. The right-click menu offers Nouvelle tâche dans « … » (New task in “…”), Modifier la tâche (Edit the task), Déplacer vers « … » (Move to “…”) and Supprimer la tâche… (Delete the task…).
Click a task to write its Description / notes, 8,000 characters at most. There you also see the Suivi de l’agent (Agent tracking) and the Dernier compte rendu (Latest report).
Assign a task
Section titled “Assign a task”Choose an agent in the list, when creating the task or when editing it. With no choice, the task stays Non attribuée (Unassigned).
The orchestrator sees the whole board. The other agents see their own tasks and those that are unassigned. In every case, they see 16 cards at most. An agent cannot take over a card assigned to another.
What the agents do
Section titled “What the agents do”Each piece of agent work creates or picks up a card.
- At the start, the card moves to En cours. It can no longer be moved by hand while the agent works.
- At the end, it moves to the archives.
- If the agent is waiting for an answer, stops or fails, it goes back to À faire, to be picked up again.
- If you cancel, the card created for that work disappears. A card that you had created goes back to À faire.
The conversation is never deleted by these changes.
The next actions
Section titled “The next actions”At the end of its work, an agent can propose the next missions: a title, a description and an agent of the project. They arrive in À faire, with no automatic start.
One piece of work proposes 3 tasks at most, and the board keeps 15 open proposals at most. Beyond that, they are not added.
Ranger les propositions des agents (…)… (Tidy the agents’ proposals (…)…) archives those that never started. Your tasks and those in progress stay on the board, and the tidied tasks can still be restored.
The archives
Section titled “The archives”The Archives tab lists the finished tasks, with their description and their report.
- Remettre à faire (Put back to do) sends the task back to the board.
- Supprimer la tâche… removes a single task.
- Vider les archives… (Empty the archives…) removes all the archived tasks of this project.
The conversations and the other projects are not affected.
