The stud style
The stud style gives a screen 3D studded buttons, dark glass windows and coloured panels. You will learn how to turn it on, choose a theme and understand what reaches UEFN.
Turn on the style
Section titled “Turn on the style”| For | Where |
|---|---|
| A new screen | Nouvel écran (New screen), Stud tab |
| The open screen | Bibliothèque › Style de l’écran › Stud (Library › Screen style › Stud) |
| A single element | Propriétés › Apparence › Style (Properties › Appearance › Style): Standard or Stud |
An element set to Selon l’écran (standard) (Follow the screen (standard)) or Selon l’écran (stud) (Follow the screen (stud)) follows the style of its screen. A window’s header has the same height in both styles: one layout therefore suits both.
All the Nouvel écran templates exist in both tabs. Four are designed for this style: HUD simulateur (Simulator HUD), Récompenses en panneaux (Panel rewards), Renaissance (Rebirth) and Boutique à fiches (Card shop).
What changes
Section titled “What changes”These switch to stud: Bouton (Button), Bouton prix (Price button), Bouton icône (Icon button), Fenêtre (Window), Panneau (Panel), Case d’objet (Item slot), Barre de progression (Progress bar), Compteur (Counter) and Pastille (Badge).
These do not change: Titre (Title), Texte (Text), Minuteur (Timer) and Image.
Labels are set in Montserrat Black, unless you choose another font on the element.
Choose a theme
Section titled “Choose a theme”The Thème stud (Stud theme) field appears in Apparence (Appearance) when the element is in stud. With Selon la couleur (By colour), the element’s colour picks the theme.
| Element | Themes |
|---|---|
| Buttons | Vert : argent, valider (Green: money, confirm), Rouge : boutique, verrouillé (Red: shop, locked), Bleu : navigation principale (Blue: main navigation), Jaune : premium, tout réclamer (Yellow: premium, claim all), Violet : monnaie payante, passer (Purple: paid currency, skip), Gris : terminé (Grey: done), Prairie (Meadow), Orange épais : action d’en-tête (Thick orange: header action), Achat en argent (brillant) (Money purchase (glossy)), Achat premium (brillant) (Premium purchase (glossy)) |
| Rarity buttons | Rareté commune (Common), Rareté peu commune (Uncommon), Rareté rare (Rare), Rareté épique (Epic), Rareté légendaire (Legendary), Rareté mythique (Mythic), Rareté divine (Divine), Rareté cosmique (Cosmic) |
| Windows | Bleu (Blue), Violet (Purple), Or (Gold), Rose (Pink), Vert (Green) |
| Panels | Cyan, Violet, Ambre (Amber), Citron vert (Lime), Rose, Cosmique (Cosmic), Or, Arc-en-ciel (Rainbow), Bleu, Argent (Silver) |
Keep the meaning of colours consistent from one screen to the next: green to confirm, red for the shop or anything locked, blue for main navigation.
With the AI
Section titled “With the AI”In Créer avec l’IA (Create with AI), choose Stud as the Style de l’interface (Interface style). The agent gives this style to the screens it creates or changes, and a theme to each element. For matching icons, choose the Stud icon style: see Icons.
In UEFN
Section titled “In UEFN”Island Pilot draws the background of each stud element itself, at its exact size, and sends it to UEFN as a texture. Icons, labels and prices stay widgets that Verse can change.
- The textures appear in the library under a name that starts with
IP Stud, when the UI Engineer reads the screen. - In UEFN, they go in
<projet>/IslandPilot/UI/Stud/. - Island Pilot only redraws what has changed.
