Diagnostics
The diagnostic checks the configuration of a project, with no agent and no model call. It fixes nothing: it tells you what to look at.
Run the diagnostic
Section titled “Run the diagnostic”It runs by itself at every startup and when a project is created. To run it again:
- Open the project concerned.
- Open Paramètres › Diagnostic (Settings › Diagnostics).
- Click Vérifier la configuration (Check the configuration). The date of the check is shown next to it.
No file, setting or scene object is modified. Disabled connections stay stopped.
Read the result
Section titled “Read the result”| State | What it means |

What is checked

What to do

The other tools
Section titled “The other tools”- The Ce PC (This PC) step of the welcome checks the system, independently of the project. Paramètres › Visites guidées › Revoir l’accueil (Settings › Guided tours › Replay the welcome) runs it again.
- Paramètres › Général › Log&Error lists the technical events of the last 24 hours, with Log and Errors. Copier (Copy) places them on the clipboard. Conversations, tool arguments and secrets are excluded.
- Signaler un problème (Report a problem), in the top bar, sends your description and screenshots to the team. You can attach the diagnostic to it: version, Windows and the log of the last 24 h. Nothing is sent without your click on Envoyer le rapport (Send the report).
- After a crash, the app keeps the details on your PC and offers to send them at the next launch, with Ne pas envoyer (Do not send) if you prefer.
