Retouching and review

This page covers three actions in the Miniatures (Thumbnails) tab: correcting an existing image, handing the direction to AI, and checking an image before you publish it.

  1. Click Retoucher (Retouch) at the top of the Studio. Right-clicking a thumbnail also offers Retoucher avec un prompt (Retouch with a prompt).
  2. Choose the image: click a thumbnail or a reference, drag it in, or use Importer une image (Import an image).
  3. Describe the change, for example “make the sky orange and add sparks”.
  4. Click Lancer la retouche (Start the retouch).

The result is a new image, and the original stays in the gallery. Its details show Retouche de (Retouch of). A retouch keeps the format and variant of the original thumbnail. The new image starts in the À relire (To review) state.

Island Pilot asks the generator to keep everything you do not mention, but it may change something else: compare the two images. Grok does not receive an image and therefore cannot retouch.

Direction IA (AI direction) lets the UI Designer choose the style and the scene from the project’s memory. The button is next to Générer (Generate), in Créer (Create) mode.

  1. Set the format and the variant.
  2. If you want, write an instruction and attach up to 4 screenshots or characters.
  3. Click Direction IA.

A “Miniatures” conversation starts with the UI Designer. The gallery shows “L’IA cherche une direction…” (The AI is looking for a direction…), and the images arrive there afterwards. Right-clicking the tile offers Voir la conversation (View the conversation) and Masquer (Hide).

  • A direction produces 3 images at most, even if Images is set to 4.
  • It uses the quota of the agent’s AI account, on top of the image generations.
  • The agent starts from the project memory: keep it up to date.
  • If the UI Designer has been removed from the project, restore it in Agents.

Relire (Review) hands the image itself to the UI Designer. No image is generated, but the review uses the quota of its AI account.

  1. Select a thumbnail, then click Relire in its details. Right-clicking also offers Relire (règles Epic) (Review (Epic rules)).
  2. A “Relecture miniature” (Thumbnail review) conversation starts. A notification lets you open it.
  3. The verdict replaces À relire on the thumbnail: Conforme (Compliant) or À corriger (To correct). Its notes appear under Règles Epic (Epic rules), in the details.

The agent looks at the image, not the prompt: a generator may add a logo or text that you did not ask for.

The agent also checks the format:

  • Landscape and portrait: clear top and bottom (about 15% or 200 px), legible at 480×270 or at 360×480.
  • Avec logo (With logo): title present and legible. Art seul (Art only): no text, title or logo.
  • Logo: genuinely transparent background, complete and correctly spelled lettering, no character or setting.
