Assets

The Assets tab (Ctrl+4) lists, project by project, the images and 3D models produced by your agents. It also shows what is proven for each version: generated, downloaded, imported, tested. The files stay in your project: the tab makes no copy of them.

  • Confirmed generations: images requested from an agent, and finished Meshy and Tripo tasks.
  • Files that an agent has saved in the project: PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP, GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, BLEND, STL, USDZ and 3MF.

A task that was accepted but not finished does not appear. Neither does a file that you drop into the folder yourself. Images generated by the Générer (Generate) button in the Studio stay in Miniatures (Thumbnails).

  • The “Rechercher par nom, tag, fichier…” (Search by name, tag, file…) field searches names, tags and paths.
  • Tout (All), Images and Modèles 3D (3D models) filter by type.
  • Actualiser (Refresh) reloads the list.
  • Ouvrir et modifier (Open and edit) shows an asset’s details.

In the details, fill in Nom de l’asset (Asset name) and Tags, with tags separated by commas, then click Enregistrer le nom et les tags (Save the name and tags). Allow 160 characters for the name, 20 tags at most and 40 characters per tag.

Each generation first forms a separate asset. To turn them into versions of the same asset:

  1. Open Regrouper comme nouvelle version (Group as a new version).
  2. Choose the Asset de destination (Destination asset).
  3. Click Regrouper les versions (Group the versions).

Files, evidence and original conversations are kept. No button lets you separate these versions afterwards. The Version list moves from one to the other. Editing a file on disk does not create a version.

Stage Who confirms it
Généré (Generated) Island Pilot, when the provider has returned the result
Téléchargé (Downloaded) Island Pilot, when the file is saved in the project
Importé dans UEFN (Imported into UEFN) You, with evidence
Testé (Tested) You, with evidence

A stage with no evidence shows “non confirmé” (not confirmed). An agent’s reply or a successful tool call never confirms an import or a test: a saved file is not yet an asset in your island.

  1. Open the asset and choose the Version.
  2. Under Ajouter une preuve (Add evidence), choose the Étape vérifiée (Stage checked): Importé dans UEFN or Testé.
  3. In Preuve (Evidence), give the asset’s path in UEFN, or the test you carried out and its result, from 10 to 2,000 characters.
  4. If you can, choose an Action UEFN à joindre (facultatif) (UEFN action to attach (optional)). Otherwise, leave Déclaration manuelle (Manual statement).
  5. Click Enregistrer la preuve (Save the evidence).

Preuves de cette version (Evidence for this version) shows each piece of evidence with its date and origin: “Résultat d’outil” (Tool result), “Fichier enregistré” (Saved file), “Déclaration manuelle” or “Validation manuelle · action UEFN jointe” (Manual validation · UEFN action attached). A version keeps 100 pieces of evidence at most. Evidence that has been saved cannot be edited or removed from this tab.

The details show the image, or the model if it is a standalone GLB of 30 MB or less. Ouvrir le dossier (Open folder) opens the file’s location. The “Conversation : …” (Conversation: …) button takes you back to the original conversation.

What you do What happens
Delete the original conversation The asset, its files and its evidence stay. The button reads “Conversation d’origine supprimée” (Original conversation deleted).
Delete the file in Windows File Explorer The entry stays in the list, but its preview no longer appears.
Remove the project from Island Pilot The list and the evidence disappear. The files stay on disk.
Have a task deleted on Meshy The remote result is permanently erased. Files already saved stay.
