The Duo plan

The Duo plan costs €249 and includes two full seats, the second at €60. Each person has their own account, their own key and their own computer.

The simple case: you give the address at payment

  1. On the payment page, enter the second user’s email address. You guarantee that you have their agreement.
  2. After payment, an account is created for that person, with the 2nd seat already attached.
  3. They receive an email, Un accès à Island Pilot vous est offert (You have been given access to Island Pilot), with their own link to their client area. This link works once and stays valid for 3 days.
  4. They install Island Pilot and sign in with their address: their licence activates by itself.

In your client area, the Second seat (Duo) section shows which account the seat is activated on.

If the 2nd seat stays in your client area

This is the case if you did not give an address, if you entered your own, or if the address you entered already has an active licence. The key then waits in the Second seat (Duo) section of your client area. There are two ways to hand it over.

Pass the key on yourself

  1. Copy the key from your client area and send it to the person.
  2. They sign in to Island Pilot with their own email address.
  3. They open Paramètres › Compte et licence (Settings › Account and licence), Activer une clé (Activate a key) section.
  4. They paste the key into Clé de licence (Licence key), then click Activer (Activate).

Send it from the app

  1. In your app, open Paramètres › Compte et licence.
  2. In the 2ᵉ accès de l’offre Duo (2nd seat of the Duo plan) section, enter their address under Offrir le 2ᵉ accès à (Give the 2nd seat to).
  3. Click Envoyer (Send).

The person receives a new key by email, to activate in the same way in their own account.

The same section shows Pas encore activé (Not activated yet) or Activé (Activated).

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • One person per seat. Each seat is valid on one computer at a time, and cannot be shared. See The licence and the computer.
  • A single payment. A missed payment or a payment dispute applies to both seats.
  • Once activated, the 2nd seat can no longer be given from the app: the message Aucun accès à offrir : le 2ᵉ accès a déjà été activé. (No seat to give: the 2nd seat has already been activated.) appears. For a particular situation, write to contact@saulcorp.com.
  • An account that already has an active licence cannot activate a second one: the message Ce compte a déjà une licence active. (This account already has an active licence.) appears.
  • Affiliate programme. Every holder of an active licence receives their own affiliate link.
