Uninstall
Uninstalling removes the program, not your data. This page says what to do beforehand, and where what remains is.
Before uninstalling
Section titled “Before uninstalling”- Moving to another PC? Open Paramètres › Compte et licence (Settings › Account and licence) and click Changer d’ordinateur (Change computer). If you forget, you can still remove this computer from the new one. See Change computer.
- Want to erase your keys? Delete them in the app first. See Keys and vault.
- Close the app: Paramètres › Général › Quitter Pilot et ses processus (Settings › General › Quit Pilot and its processes).
Uninstall
Section titled “Uninstall”- Open the Windows Paramètres, then Applications › Applications installées (Apps › Installed apps). On Windows 10: Applications et fonctionnalités (Apps & features).
- Find Island Pilot, then click Désinstaller (Uninstall).
- A window opens in English. If you wish, tick Delete the application data.
- Confirm with Uninstall.
The Delete the application data box only erases display preferences: zoom, sidebar order, panel sizes, inbox. It touches neither your projects nor your conversations.
