Sign in

Island Pilot has no password. You receive a link by email, you confirm it, and the app signs in by itself. You have no code to enter.

Section titled “Sign in”
  1. In the Compte (Account) step of the welcome, or in Paramètres › Compte et licence (Settings › Account and licence), enter your Adresse e-mail (Email address). Use the one from your purchase.
  2. Click Recevoir le lien de connexion (Receive the sign-in link). The Vérifiez votre boîte mail (Check your mailbox) screen appears, with Envoyé à (Sent to), Valable jusqu’à (Valid until) and Demandé depuis (Requested from).
  3. Open the email Connexion à Island Pilot (Sign-in to Island Pilot), on this PC or on your phone.
  4. Click Connecter Island Pilot (Connect Island Pilot). A page of the website opens.
  5. Check that you really did just make this request, then click Connecter Island Pilot again.
  6. Go back to your PC: the app opens on your account within a few seconds.

Only the app that requested the link receives the sign-in. If you receive this email without having requested it, ignore it: without your confirmation, nobody can open your account.

  • It can be used once and stays valid for 30 minutes.
  • Renvoyer le lien (Resend the link) unlocks after one minute. After that, only the latest one received works.
  • At most three links are sent for the same address in 15 minutes. Beyond that, you read Trop de demandes : réessayez dans quelques minutes. (Too many requests: try again in a few minutes.)

Your client area, on the website, has its own sign-in, also by link, valid for 1 hour.

  1. Look in your junk mail.
  2. Check the address shown. To correct it, click Utiliser une autre adresse (Use another address).
  3. Wait a minute, then click Renvoyer le lien.

After signing in

If the address is the one from your purchase, your licence is found: there is nothing to enter.

Otherwise, the Activez votre licence Island Pilot (Activate your Island Pilot licence) screen appears. This is the case with another address, or for a person who receives the 2nd access of a Duo plan.

  1. Enter your key, which starts with UEFNP-. It is in the email received after your purchase and in your client area.
  2. Click Activer (Activate).

The key is then tied to this account. See Licence and computer.

Stay signed in, or sign out

Your account stays signed in on this computer. Island Pilot checks the licence by itself, in the background. This check sends only the account and an encrypted identifier of the computer.

To sign out, open Paramètres › Compte et licence, then click Se déconnecter (Sign out). Your projects stay on the PC, and the agents stop until you are back.
