Your data

Island Pilot runs locally: most of your data never leaves your computer. This page summarises what goes where. The authoritative text, with retention periods and the list of service providers, is the privacy policy.

What Where
Projects, conversations, memory, agent profiles, settings A local database, in %USERPROFILE%\.island-pilot
Copies of this database The backups subfolder (the last five daily copies) and the snapshots subfolder (your backups)
Files of your island and your agents Your project folder, including Pilot/
API keys, session, licence The Windows credential vault
Technical log, over 24 hours The local database, with no conversations, tool arguments or secrets

This data is not sent to SAUL CORP, apart from what you choose to attach to a bug report.

Your requests go from your computer to the provider you connected, under your account and under its terms. They include what you write, your attachments and what the agents read in your project to answer you. SAUL CORP does not receive them.

Your connection to the provider stays managed by its own tool. Island Pilot neither reads nor copies your sign-in tokens.

The same goes for the other services you use: Meshy, the MCP servers you add, the web pages the agents consult. Tendances Maps (Map Trends) also queries its public sources (FNTerminal, Roblox, web game sites) directly from your computer.

SAUL CORP never sees your banking details. There is no audience measurement tool, no targeted advertising and no resale of data.

Nothing is sent without your click on Envoyer le rapport (Send the report). A report contains:

  • the email address of your account, the title and the description;
  • your screenshots, 4 at most;
  • the versions of the app and of Windows;
  • the details of the crash, if there was one.

The Joindre le diagnostic (Attach the diagnostics) option, ticked by default, adds the latest lines of the log (24 hours at most) and the number of your projects. You can untick it.

After a crash, the app keeps the details on your computer and offers to send them at the next launch. You can answer Ne pas envoyer (Do not send).

A report is kept for 12 months after it is sent. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Write to contact@saulcorp.com, preferably from your account address, to access, correct or erase your data, or to receive it in a reusable format. The reply arrives within a month.

Deleting the account erases your account and licence data, except what the law requires us to keep, and makes the licence unusable. Deleted data may remain for up to 30 days in encrypted backup copies.

The details, including the option of lodging a complaint with the CNIL, are in the Your rights section of the privacy policy.
